Terms and conditions of sale

GENERAL
This General Information applies between the buyer (legal entity or natural person) who orders online and the fishing tackle store Interpêche Sàrl.

CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT
The conclusion of the contract takes effect when the online order form has been duly completed. The contract is independent of the order. It comes into effect upon receipt of the order.

MINIMUM ORDER
Any order made by Mail which is below CHF 40.00 will be increased by CHF 5.00. plus shipping costs

PRICE AND VAT
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be invoiced separately.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

RETENTION OF TITLE
Goods remain the property of Interpêche Sàrl until full payment has been received.

DELIVERY TIME
The items offered are generally in stock. They will be delivered as soon as possible. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Normal delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Switzerland:
We apply the Swiss postal rates. Delivery is made by post. Shipping costs are indicated separately on the invoice.
From a value of 100 Swiss francs, we deliver free of charge (exception: bulky goods) throughout Switzerland.

GUARANTEE
Material warranty and product liability are the responsibility of the brand supplier. The supplier has the right to repair defective products or deliver equivalent replacements within a reasonable period of time.

RETURN
In the event of unjustified rejection of the delivered goods, we charge a flat-rate fee of at least CHF 30. Returns can only be made by completing the returns form (download). For repeated returns within a short period, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of CHF 30. The following product groups are excluded from returns:

Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date, using a duly completed returns slip. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. All labels must still be affixed to the product. The original packaging (e.g. waders in a Simms box) must not be used directly as return packaging. The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped, and the return costs are generally paid by the purchaser. If a complete delivery is returned, shipping and handling costs of CHF 20.00 will be charged (except in the case of defects or incorrect delivery.) For shipments abroad, returns will only be accepted after consultation.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
In the event of a return due to defective goods or incorrect delivery, a copy of the delivery note must be enclosed. The reasons for the return must also be given. A complaint must be filed within one week! Returns can only be made by completing the appropriate returns form (download).

RESPONSIBILITY
Liability for replacement delivery is limited, provided that replacement delivery is possible within a reasonable period of time. Otherwise, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY
Interpêche Sàrl processes credit card payments via an external provider of the Stripe payment interface. Card and order data are transmitted in encrypted form. The amount will not be debited from your account/card when you place your order. Your data will be treated confidentially.

GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR DELIVERIES ABROAD

Prices for deliveries abroad:
Shipping costs are indicated separately on the invoice. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard. You do not have to pay VAT to Interpêche Sàrl. When exporting from Switzerland, there are costs for customs duties and VAT. The amount of these costs depends on the regulations in force in the country concerned, and they are charged to the customer.
Prices can be displayed in CHF or EUR. Prices include VAT. For deliveries abroad, VAT will be deducted before the order is completed. Shipping costs will be charged extra. When exporting from Switzerland, customs duties and VAT are charged to the customer. The invoice will be issued in CHF. Credit card payments are made in CHF.

No return guaranteed for foreign shipments

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The place of jurisdiction is – subject to divergent compulsory jurisdictions – Lausanne/Vaud. Swiss law and the RO apply.
